SuperFlash Configuration Register (SFCF).

SFST_SEL=0H: Manufacturer’s ID

1H: Device ID0 = F7H

2H: Device ID1 = Device ID (Refer to Table 4-1 on page 27)

3H: Boot Vector

4H: Page-Security bit setting

5H: Chip-Level Security bit setting and Boot Options
