The TMP86PS27FG is a single-chip 8-bit high-speed and high-functionality microcomputer incorporating 61440 bytes of One-Time PROM. It is pin-compatible with the TMP86CM27FG/CP27AFG (Mask ROM version). The TMP86PS27FG can realize operations equivalent to those of the TMP86CM27FG/CP27AFG by programming the on-chip PROM.
