GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The W83627DHG is a member of Winbond's Super I/O product line. This family features the LPC (Low Pin Count) interface. This interface is more economical than its ISA counterpart, in that it has approximately forty pins fewer, yet still provides as great performance. Inaddition, the improvement allows even more efficient operation of software, BIOS and device drivers.
