DESCRIPTION
   The TC58FVT400/B400 is a 4,194,304-bit, 3.0V read-only electrically erasable and programmable flash memory, configured as 524,288 words × 8 bits or 262,144 words × 16 bits. The TC58FVT400/B400 has read, program, and erase operation instructions for easy interfacing with microprocessors. Commands are based on JEDEC standards. Program and erase operations are executed automatically on the chip. The device has chip, block, and multi-block erase capabilities.
   The TC58FVT400/B400 is available in 44-pin plastic SOP, 48-pin TSOP packages to suit a variety of design applications.
