Overview
SD16S1Y is a Chinese character library chip with 16x16 dot matrix, which supports GB2312 simplified Chinese characters (including the National Beacon Commission authorized by law), ASCII characters. The arrangement format is vertical and horizontal. The user calculates this value by using the method provided in this manual through the character internal code.
The address of the character dot matrix in the chip, from which the character dot matrix information can be continuously read. SD16S1Y provides 16 sectors, 4K bytes per sector or 16 pages, 256 bytes per page, in addition to the above-mentioned font library.
The free write space address range is: 6FFFF-7FFFF. Only support host computer programming, can be repeatedly erased more than 100,000 times.
