Description
PT2243 is an infrared remote control transmitter utilizing CMOS Technology specially designed for electrical appliances such as Audio System, Television, Video Cassette Recorder, CD Player and others. PT2243 is capable of multiple keying; thus, a maximum of 144 instructions is possible. The pin assignments and application circuit are optimized for easy PCB Layout and cost saving advantage. PT2243 is housed in 20-pin DIP or SO Package and is functionally compatible with TC9243.
