GENERAL DESCRIPTION
NJG1556KB2is a mixer GaAs MMIC features low distortion, high conversion gain and low noise figure. NJG1556KB2 includes a mixer and a local amplifier, and ideally suitable for 1.5GHz or 1.9GHz band digital mobile phone handsets. Anultra small & ultra thin FLP6-KB2 package is adopted.
