Temperature and Humidity sensor IC

MXH2101 is a humidity and temperature sensor which operates in wide-range low VDD and has various output formats. This sensor is the product which is optimized for mobile and IoT applications. It provides calibrated and linearized signals of digital format(I2C/SPI), Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) format, and Pulse Density Modulated (PDM) format. The resolution of MXH2101 can be adjusted from 8/12bit up to 12/14bit for RH/T. This sensor also provides lot identification on its package.
