GENERAL DESCRIPTION
   The M34 series is a low voltage single output LED flashing controller IC implemented by LSI CMOS technology. With built-in RC oscillator circuit, minimal external components are required. Various flashing frequencies are available for different applications.

FEATURE
- Typical 3VDC operating voltage, min. 1.35V and max. 4.5V
- Typical output current 16mA @3VDC
- Flashing frequency within +/-20% tolerance by internal RC oscillator

APPLICATION EXAMPLES
   Blinking badge, ear rings, greeting card, disco light, flashing torch, bicycle tailer light, signal lamp, instrument indicator, car alarm, warning light, Xmas decoration, toys, and etc.
