The Samsung KS84C31 and KS84C32 are high performance dynamic RAM (DRAM) controllers. They simplify the interface between the microprecessor and the DRAM array, while also significantly reducing the required design time. The KS84C31 supports 256K, 1 MBit, and 4 MBit DRAMs, while the KS84C32 supports 256K, 1 MBit, 4 MBit, and 16 MBit DRAMs.
