DESCRIPTION
The IS24C16-2 is a 1.8V (1.8V-5.5V) 16K-bit (2048 x 8) Electrically Erasable PROM, IS24C16-3 is a 2.5V (2.5V-5.5V) 16K-bit (2048 x 8) Electrically Erasable PROM, IS24C08-2 is a 1.8V (1.8V-5.5V) 8K-bit (1024 x 8) Electrically Erasable PROM and the IS24C08-3 is a 2.5V (2.5V-5.5V) 8K-bit (1024 x 8) Electrically Erasable PROM.
