Description
BD3021HFP-M is a regulator IC with integrated WDT (Watch Dog Timer), high output voltage accuracy ± 2.0% and 80µA (Typ.) low circuit current consumption. BD3021HFP-M supports usage of low ESR ceramic capacitor for output stability. BD3021HFP-M can be a stable power supply for any applications while detecting malfunction of microcontrollers.
