DESCRIPTION
The A24C04 provides 4096 bits of Serial Electrically and Programmable Read-Only memory (EEPROM), organized as 512 words of 8 bits each.
The device’s cascadable feature allows up to four devices to share a common 2-wire bus. This devise is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential.
The A24C04 is available in SOP8, TSSOP8, DFN8 and TSOT-25 packages operate from 1.7V to 5.5V.
