Software Commands
Table 33 lists software commands. In standard serial I/O mode,
erase, program and read are controlled by transferring software
commands via the SRXD pin. Software commands are explained
here below. Basically, the software commands of the standard se-
rial I/O mode are as same as that of the parallel I/O mode, but 4
commands are added: ID check, download, version data output
and Boot ROM area output functions.

Notes1: Shading indicates transfer from the internal flash memory microcomputer to a programmer. All other data is transferred from a programmer to the in-
ternal flash memory microcomputer.
2: SRD refers to status register data. SRD1 refers to status register 1 data.

4: Address low is AB0 to AB7; Address middle is AB8 to AB15; Address high is AB16 to AB23.
