— Undefined. May be either a 1 or a 0.

— Reserved. In normal operation, these bits are 1.

0—Out of frame.

1 to 0—Initiates the 480 ms loss of synchronization timer.

1—Normal.

rsksi Reflected System-to-K2. This bit reflects the value of the sksi bit received over the

K2 interface.
