s GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJU6461 is a Dot Matrix LCD controller Driver for 12-
character 2-line with icon display maximum by itself.
It contains voltage Tripler, bleeder resistance to generate
about triple voltage (9V) and the bias for LCD Driving wave-
form internally from single power supply (3V). The rectangle
outlook is very applicable to COG or slim TCP.

s GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJU6464 is a Dot Matrix LCD controller Driver for 16-character
3-line with icon display(152-icon) maximum by itself.
It contains voltage Tripler, bleeder resistance, CR oscillator. The
voltage Tripler and bleeder resistance generates about triple voltage
(9V) and bias voltage for LCD Driving waveform internally from single
power supply (3V).
