Note 1:In the case of CMOS Output parts; when the voltage is forced to VDD from 0.7V to (+VDET)+2.0V, time interval between the rising edge of VDD and
the reaching point at 50% of Output Voltage. In the case of Nch open Drain Output parts : Output pin is pulled up to 5V through 470k,and when
the voltage is forced to VDD from 0.7V to (+VDET)+2.0V, time interval between the rising edge of VDD and the reaching point ar 50% of Output
Voltage.
Note 2:VDD value when Output Voltage is equal or less than 0.1V. In the case of Nch Open Drain Output parts, Output pin is pulled up to 5V through
470kresistor.
