10~55~10Hz / minute for two hours

each, with a total vibration amplitude of

1.5mm.

Apply either 0.1 times the rated voltage,

or 3V, whichever is smaller, via a series

resister of 3Ωmax. and 0.1Ωmin. at a

temperature of 85 ± 2°C.
