7 MEMORY ORGANIZATION
The Central Processing Unit (CPU) manipulates operands
in three memory spaces (see Fig.4) as follows:
• 16 kbytes internal resp. 64 kbytes external Program
Memory
• 512 bytes internal Data Memory MAIN- and AUXILIARY
RAM
• up to 64 kbytes external Data Memory
(with 256 bytes residing in the internal AUXILIARY
RAM).
