1x: 20 keys

“x” is Don’t care

00: 4 segment outputs

01: 2 General output ports

10: 3 General output ports

11: 4 General output ports

0: Display ON

1: Display OFF

0: 1/3 bias

1: 1/2 bias (connect V1 to V2 terminal)
