The ICSI 80C54/58 contains two Program Memory Locking:

Security Bit 1:

When programmed, this bit two effects on masked ROM

parts:

1) External MOVC is disable, and

2) EA pin is latch on reset.

Security Bit2:

When programmed, this bit inhibits Verify User ROM.
